I've worked with individuals of all ages since 2014 from the correctional facility to private practice. In therapy, we focus on what's important to you and together we identify barriers to obtaining these significant portions of your life. My undergraduate education focused on Human Communication and Psychology which I earned from Southern Oregon University and then I pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. My training and experience has opened up my understanding to the significance of our early attachments and their impact on our current functioning. I love to learn; specifically about the human brain, human connection and the impact of trauma. I have completed numerous hours of training and am excited to continue this journey. Recently, I completed training and received a certificate in the Adult Attachment Interview (DMM) and Attachment-Focused EMDR with the Parnell Institute. I'm honored to spend time with you in and through the important aspects of your life!
